Deputy President of Anbar Council injured by ISIS sniper south of Ramadi

(IraqiNews.com) al-Anbar – Member of Anbar Provincial Council Ragih barakat announced, that the deputy president of the provincial council, Faleh al-Issawi, has been wounded during a shooting by a sniper belonging to the ISIS organization south of Ramadi.

Barakat told IraqiNews.com, “Al-Issawi was exposed under fire from a sniper belonging to ISIS while inspecting the area of al-Humera, located in south of Ramadi,” pointing out that, “Al-Issawi has been transferred for medical treatment and his medical condition is very good.”
