Security forces kill 9 ISIS militants, advance on ISIS in Albu-Hayat

Al-Anbar (IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, al-Jazirah and al-Badiyah Operations Command revealed, that 9 ISIS elements have been killed in violent clashes with the security forces in Albu-Hayat area, located in eastern Haditha.

Major General Diaa Kazim informed IraqiNews, “Today, an army force from the Seventh Division began clashing with the ISIS group militants in the area of Albu-Hayat in the district of Haditha, located in west of Ramadi,” pointing out that, “The violent clashes between the two sides resulted in killing 9 ISIS elements and removing 27 explosives from the area.”
