Violent clashes break out again in Makhmour, Kurdistan
Kurdistan (IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, a source within the Kurdish Peshmerga forces said, that violent clashes between the Peshmerga forces and ISIS militants have broken out again in Makhmour area.
The source informed IraqiNews, “The clashes have broken out again in the village of Sultan-Abdullah in Makhmour area, located 40 km southern Erbil,” adding that, “The two sides are in an ongoing battle till this moment.”
“Five elements of the ISIS group have been killed during the clashes,” the source added.
