Hakim, Khafaji discuss latest political updates

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, discussed with the Head of the Political Commission of the Sadr Trend, Karar al-Khafaji, the latest political updates.

A statement by the SIIC received by IraqiNews.com cited “Hakim received Khafaji at his office in Baghdad where they discussed the regional updates and the electoral merits.”

“Hakim stressed the necessity of forming the next government according to a clear vision that harmonize the current situation in Iraq and settle its crises,” the statement concluded.
