 Coalition warplanes kill 15 ISIS leaders in aerial bombing west of Ramadi

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – The Security Committee of Khalediyah District Council announced on Wednesday the killing of 15 leaders within ISIS and the injury of the financial and administrative leader for the so-called Wilayat al-Anbar in an aerial bombardment in west of Ramadi.

Head of the committee, Ibrahim al-Fahdawy, stated for IraqiNews.com, “The international coalition warplanes bombed one of the ISIS headquarters in the district of Heet (70 km west of Ramadi),” adding that, “The air strike resulted in killing 15 leaders of ISIS and the injury of the financial and administrative leader, known as Salah Zain, within the so-called Wilayat al-Anbar.”

Fahdawi added, “The air strike was based on intelligence about the presence of a gathering for ISIS leaders in Heet,” noting that, “The bombing resulted in inflicting big material losses.”
