Daraji: Reforms Committee to form subcommittees to settle some political issues

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Shakir al-Daraji, of the State of Law Coalition stated that the political Reforms Committee will form subcommittees to settle some political issues.

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Some committees were nominated such as the committee of the internal system of the Council of Ministers, Security Ministries committee and the committee of the independent committees in order to negotiate with the other political blocs and they will submit their reports before holding the national meeting.”

“The head of the Iraqi National Alliance and the head of the reforms Committee, Ibrahim al-Jaafary, assured that all the initiatives such as Erbil one and the meetings of Erbil and Najaf will be included in the reforms proposal that will be distributed to the political blocs,” he added.

“Some blocs requested guarantees where no political bloc can provide guarantee because problems are shared and do not belong to one political bloc and some of them related to the government and the government of Kurdistan Region,” he pointed out.

“The time limits for applying the political reforms are different from one file to another where some of them need a long time and other short time to be applied,” he concluded.
