Jobouri: Political conflict hinder endorsement of law drafts

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The member of the State of Law Coalition, Maytham al-Jobouri, pointed out “The political conflict hinders the endorsement of the law drafts including the simple laws.”

He stated to IraqiNews.com “The parliament became involved in the political conflict a long time ago,” noting that “The disputes among the political blocs are reflected on the parliament.”

“The political disputes hinder even the law drafts that do not have any connection with the political sides,” he added.

It is worth mentioning that a number of political sides described the parliament as unable to perform its duties due to the current political crisis.
