Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Zala Naftagi of the Iraqiya Slate criticized the Parliamentary Integrity Committee for announcing names of certain officials via media outlets who are accused of administrative and financial corruption.

Naftagi stated to IraqiNews.com “The Integrity Committee should not rush to reveal the names of officials who are charged with involvement in corruption cases before considering these matters by the specialized courts.”

“These accusations doe not only denigrate the reputation of the officials themselves but they will also harm the reputation of Iraq among the international community especially Iraq chairs currently the Arab League,” she added.
