No return to 5-Party talks without implementing Barzani’s resolutions

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com:  Kurdistan Change Movement announced that it will not return to the 5-Party negotiation table unless President Masoud Barzani‘s resolutions implemented.   Change Movement spokesman Mohammed Tawfeeq told IraqiNews.com that “the parties did not define a certain date to continue the negotiations”, pointing out that “the Change movement will not return unless the resolutions implemented”.   He expressed his fears that these resolutions are “just papers”.   Earlier, Barzani issued four resolutions on the events occurred in the region regarding legal actions against the opposition members and payments for parliamentary party members.   RM (TS)/SR 290
