Nusayif describes financial corruption as 2nd face of terrorism

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The member of the Integrity Parliamentary Committee, Aliya Nusayif, confirmed that “The financial corruption is the second face of terrorism since most of the terrorist operations are financed through it.”

She stated to IraqiNews.com “The financial corruption witnessed in the country became the first fund for terrorism where some corrupted figures are condemned of supporting terrorism.”

“90% of the corruption files recognized by the Committee are studied accurately and there will final decision over them soon,” she concluded.

It is worth mentioning that the head of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Bahaa al-Araji, assured issuing cases against 24 key officials for corruption files.
