Civil Society Organizations visit Ali al-Gharbi district in Maysan

Maysan (IraqiNews.com) A number of Civil Society Organizations in Maysan province visited Ali al-Gharbi district of northeastern the province to support the people there, on the backdrop of recurrent earthquakes that hit the district.

The reporter of IraqiNews.com stated that “9 Civil Society organizations in Maysan visited, Saturday morning, Ali al-Gharbi district to express solidarity with the residents and to survey the situations there and to see what they could offer for them due to the latest shakes which hit the district.”

The organizations formed voluntary groups to educate the district’s people about the measures and first aids in case of a strong earthquake that could lead to losses in life or material damages.
