MoH Emphasizes need to contract with global pharmaceutical companies

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Minister of Health, Majid Amen, assured the necessity to contract with global companies to supply medications for chronic diseases.

The Ministry of Health reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”Amen chaired a meeting attended by the Director General of General Company of Marketing Medications and Medical Supplies and the members of the importing committee within the company.”

”The meeting tacked the reality of medication in Iraq and the means to upgrade it by providing the best kinds of medications through contracting with global pharmaceutical companies to supply medication continuously for health institutions,” the statement added.
