2 suspected gunmen detained in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: An Iraqi army force on Wednesday arrested two suspected gunmen in eastern Mosul, a military source said. “A force from the 12th brigade of the Iraqi army arrested two suspected gunmen in al-Tameem neighborhood in eastern Mosul,” the source told IraqiNews.com. “During the investigation, the two confessed responsibility for detonating five bombs which targeted security forces in separate areas of Mosul,” he added. Mosul, the capital city of Ninewa, lies 405 km north of Baghdad.
