Mayor killed in western Mosul

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) A mayor was killed in western Mosul on Saturday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “Unidentified gunmen opened fire targeting, Abied Absi Romi, the mayor of al-Jamasa neighborhood of western Mosul, killing him immediately.”

“The security forces blocked the attack area and transferred the dead body to the morgue,” the source concluded.
