Security forces impose curfew on Ramadi

Al-Anbar (IraqiNews.com) On Wednesday, a security aide to al-Anbar governor Aziz Khalaf Tarmouz announced, that a comprehensive curfew will be imposed on the city of al-Ramadi till further notice.

Tarmouz stated to IraqiNews in an interview, “The security forces have decided to impose a comprehensive curfew on the city of al-Ramadi till further notice,” pointing out that, “The curfew will be imposed on roaming vehicles, motorcycles and people in the general areas of the city.”

“The forces have banned anyone from entering or exiting the city in order to protect the lives of civilians from terrorists attacks,” the source added.
