Information center opened in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: An Information and Business Development Center was opened in Basra on Friday within a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Basra Chamber of Commerce and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), the media office of the Basra governor said. “First Deputy Governor, Nezar Rabia al-Jaberi, inaugurated today, along with members of the Basra Chamber of Commerce, and the assistant director of the reviving economy project of the UNOPS in Basra, Haidar al-Shweli,” said a statement of the office received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The information center is one of three centers established in Sulaimaniya and Hilla within the same program through signing a MoU between the Basra Chamber of Commerce and UNOPS,” the statement added.
